All orders are offered depending on the availability of products. No order is deemed accepted by the seller unless an order confirmation is sent back to the buyer.

Development & Changes
The seller strives to do continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specifications of any product and this agreement without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
All gift box ideas on this website and submitted through proposals, be it drafted informally through email or formally through quotations and cost estimates are the property of Las Arca even after the turnover of the boxes. Client or
third party agents will be charged with copyright infringement if the deliberate copying of Las Arca’s original gift box ideas are replicated.

Packaging Disclaimer
Wooden packaging will not all be uniform in grain and color. Since the seller works with natural material, there will be variances in color and grain sometimes. These inconsistencies are natural and are not considered to be damages.
For digitally print hard boxes color discrepancies based on the printer we use. The seller aims to present the best color renditions on print. However, due to differences in monitors, ICC Profiles, & different media options offered, variations in color may occur. No guarantee in color is given. It is recommended that the buyer tests out prints before ordering in bulk. Errors pertaining to color inaccuracies won’t be acknowledged. The seller strives to keep its machines in tip-top condition. Minor imperfections such as but not limited to scratches, banding, misalignments and paper curling may occur due to technology limitations. Testing out prints before ordering in bulk is recommended. The seller is free from any liability for returns, refunds, and cancellations arising from issues
stated above. All digitally print boxes’ art must be print ready and laid out by the client. Las Arca will not be liable for any graphic artist work.

Production & Delivery
Time for delivery will not be the basis of the sale and the seller will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods however caused. All timelines are estimates and may
change due but not limited to machine breakdowns, stock availability & courier schedule. Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt. In cases where goods have been delivered by a courier, a receiving copy document will constitute conclusive evidence against the buyer of receipt of the quantity of goods indicated on that document free
from any apparent defect or damage or if no delivery document is provided, the digital transaction or screenshot of the third party courier’s completion of delivery will suffice. If the goods are alleged to be damaged or defective upon delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery. Unaccepted, undelivered goods will not merit a refund.

All online purchases must be made in full before an order is processed unless agreed upon by both parties. Prices quoted are in Philippine

Peso. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations.
No cancellations are allowed to the buyer as long as goods are done according to the specifications of the buyer. Notice of wish to cancel must be made by email. Since most gift boxes are customized, goods cannot be
returned for a refund. Replacements may be given under the discretion of the seller and deliberated upon if goods are returned in its original packaging and in its unused condition.

Data Protection & Privacy
Information such as but not limited to the name, company, contact number, birthday, and address of a buyer may be collected. All data provided will be kept private. Nevertheless, we may use the gathered information to maintain and
improve our services; administer and process your transactions and courier deliveries; and inform you of products & services that may interest you. Data collected will be stored in an average period of two years, electronically in our system, to ensure the quality of our services. If you wish to have your information deleted, feel free to send us
an email indicating that you no longer wish to have your data stored with us at: open@lasarcaph.com

End Use
We cannot evaluate all content provided to us, thus will not be responsible for the goods’ use or effects.
