SINGLE ORDER CUSTOMIZED BOX
- We encourage customers who want unique gift boxes to visit our Make Your Own Box page where they are free to pick and choose items they like.
- We work very hard to supply customers with a wide range of products they can shop for in our Make Your Own Box, but if you’re looking for something truly unique and specific, we accept requests for customized boxes for single purchase. These automatically require 12 days lead time after finalization of contents and confirmation of payment, as well as a P700 curation and procurement fee on top of our basic fees and item costs.

- We took the time and designed boxes that cover most special occasions and listed them in our pre-curated page. These boxes are available on-hand and can be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you have a rush order, we have the option to deliver your gift box on the same/ next day via Lalamove. If this is something you need urgently, please contact us directly through email/ Instagram DM/ mobile.
BULK ORDER CUSTOMIZED BOX
- Bulk orders start at 20 units.
- We waive our curation and procurement fee for orders 20 and above. We unlock our secret catalogue of wonderful items that are not available on our MYOB page for clients who require special bulk orders like this for occasions such as weddings and corporate events. We also have bulk brand partners (partners who give us consideration for volume orders) that are not present in our MYOB catalogue. We can basically get anything under the sun for anyone, anytime!

MYOB stands for Make Your Own Box. We’ve pooled together our editors’ favorite products from our favorite brands and struck a deal with them so you can get your hands on these amazing items on demand. Simply select your gift box packaging, gift box items, and dedication card through our MYOB page and wait for payment instructions within 24 hours. Your own customized gift box will be delivered to you 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment.
DO YOU HAVE ITEMS THAT AREN’T GIFT BOXES?
Yes, we do! Visit our CASA page to see what items we’ve curated for you. Most of the items you’ll find in our CASA page are perfect to gift as is but who says you can’t buy these for yourself? We also provide the option to gift wrap all CASA orders for those who want to send these tokens straight to the recipients.
CAN I ORDER JUST THE BOX/ GIFT FILLER/ ONE ITEM IN YOUR CATALOGUE?
- Yes! Hop on over to our MANA page where our signature wooden boxes, rigid boxes, bouquets and fillers are available for sale!
- Some of the items we use in our boxes are for individual sale under CASA, but not all. If it’s not available in our CASA page, then unfortunately, it is not available for individual sale.
CAN I GET MONOGRAMMING/ ENGRAVING SERVICES ON ITEMS I PURCHASE THROUGH MYOB OR THE PRE-CURATED PAGE?
- Yes! Simply choose to have this option when you pick the box or item you want to purchase.
- Customization services usually need additional 7-10 working days for production (excluding delivery lead time of 1-3 days via our preferred delivery partner).
DO YOU DELIVER?
We have a logistics partner who handles all of our deliveries. We can also use Lalamove for faster delivery should you need your order sooner.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PROVINCIAL AREAS?
Yes! We have a delivery partner who handles all our last mile deliveries nationwide.
I DON’T WANT IT DELIVERED. DO YOU HAVE A PICK-UP OPTION?
Yes, we do! You can pick-up your gift boxes from our satellite office in Katipunan, QC. Pick-up option is available 11am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays only. Feel free to contact us through our mobile hotline.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Metro Manila Deliveries are P70 for small parcels, P80 for medium parcels and P150 for large parcels. For provincial areas, delivery is P250 for small parcels, P400 for medium parcels, and P600 for large parcels.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Metro Manila deliveries can be tracked through http://fifthexpress.com/tracking
- Provincial single orders can be tracked through https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/
- On specific occasions, we sometimes deliver via Lalamove, Grab, Transportify and AP Cargo. If this applies to you, our team will SMS or email you your tracking link.
HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY ORDER?
3-5 business days after confirmation of payment for single orders made through our pre-curated shop page or MYOB page if delivery is through our preferred delivery partner.
Same day or next day delivery after confirmation of payment for single orders made through our pre-curated shop page or MYOB page if delivery is through Lalamove
7-10 working days after confirmation of payment for single order customized boxes (exclusive of delivery lead time. Delivery lead time is 1-3 days if done through our preferred delivery partner, same day or next day for Lalamove)
3-4 weeks after confirmation of down payment for bulk orders customized boxes
HOW DO I MAKE SURE I GET WHAT I ORDERED?
We understand that once gift boxes are wrapped, there is no way of guaranteeing that the items purchased are correct until it gets to the recipient. To address this, we send photo updates to all our customers at least 2 days before dispatching.
DO YOU HAVE WRITING SERVICES?
Yes! In case you’d like us to deliver your gift to the giftee, we can hand-write the dedication on your behalf. Simply email us your message and our official hand-writing specialist will pen the message for you.
DO YOU HAVE OTHER BOX MATERIALS?
Yes! We currently have kraft and wood available now. But if you want something else (like a wicker basket, etc), this automatically becomes a customized request and requires an MOQ. Please email us at email@example.com.
WHAT ARE YOUR BOX SIZES?
- Our petite box is 8”x10”4” while our deluxe box is 10”x13”x5”. Our mini is 6”x8”x4”.
